Editorial Assistant:

Dispatch is looking for an early-career journalist who wants to get under the bonnet of a growing start-up publication — and help with, well, pretty much everything required to keep it ticking along.

You’ll get stuck into research, proofing, newsletter-writing, social media design, events, merch, and anything else we can think of.

You’ll also have the chance to pitch and write your own stories and, with guidance, commission and learn to edit longform features.

Hours: The role is part-time and mostly remote, with regular in-person pitch meetings.

Pay: London Living Wage, plus commission.
